Structure only — dollar amounts aren't calculated here yet (that needs live MT5 trading data, not connected to this system). Rule for reference: a client's direct referrer earns full rate on their trades; that referrer's own referrer earns a reduced rate; anyone further up earns nothing from that client.
Signup Sources
Where each client came from when they signed up. Active means they've been given an MT5 account — it is not a funded/deposited count. direct means no ad tag and no referring site (this includes links shared over WhatsApp/Telegram, and any ad link that's missing its tracking tags). Clients who signed up before tracking was added show as "unknown".
Rebate Notifications
Paste the rebate results from the Google Sheet below, or upload the downloaded file. Needs a client_email column and a rebate_amount column — active_referrals, trading_referrals and total_lots are optional but get included in the email so the client has the breakdown if they ask. This only sends the "your rebate will be paid shortly" email — it does not move any money. You still deposit into each MT5 account yourself.
